Is my appointment confirmed when I submit?

Yes. The times you see are the doctor's free places, so the booking is made immediately and you get a reference number. If the doctor later becomes unavailable, the My appointment page (and the patient app) tells you and lets you choose a new time.

What if I don't have a chart number?

Leave it empty. You will receive a chart number at registration on your first visit.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. Enter the patient's details, and a phone number where the patient or a family member can be reached.
